Vision Day 2026

Every year, we set aside time for something that’s become an important tradition at CPW Dentistry: Vision Day.

It’s a chance to step away from the day-to-day, reflect on where we’ve been, where we’re headed, and, most importantly, why we do what we do. With busy schedules and full days, it’s easy to focus on the next phone call or the next insurance verification. Taking time to reconnect with our purpose and with one another helps us return to work feeling energized and on the same page.

Our discussions covered everything from patient experience and communication to our goals for the coming year. We celebrated what we’ve accomplished together, talked openly about opportunities to keep improving, and shared ideas for the future. We even welcomed a guest speaker who taught us about different communication styles.

The day wrapped up with Shake Shack and drinks in the office, leaving everyone feeling recharged and excited for everything ahead. Now it’s time to put those ideas into action as we continue caring for our Upper West Side community.
