Cosmetic Dentistry Services

  • We have different whitening options available based on your schedule and budget. For some, in-office whitening is the way to go, while others prefer our custom made trays for home bleaching. For in-office whitening, we use Zoom a professional-strength, light activated, system that contains ACP (Amorphous Calcium Phosphate), fluoride, and potassium nitrate to help manage sensitivity. No matter which route you choose, it’s important to see us for a dental wellness visit before you whiten your teeth to we can ensure the very best results. Because your gums can be sensitive after a cleaning, it’s best if you don’t schedule a dental wellness visit and a whitening for the same day.

  • Tooth bonding is a common favored procedure for correcting small cosmetic issues like cracks, discoloration, and gaps. A tooth-colored composite material is applied to your natural tooth and sculpted into the desired shape. Tooth bonding is a fast, painless procedure that can be done in one visit.

  • Veneers are ultra-thin, custom-made coverings that bond to the front of your teeth. They’re used to correct uneven teeth, worn enamel, discoloration, chipped teeth and irregular spacing while preserving natural tooth structure.

  • Natural-looking fillings are made from composite resins that match natural tooth enamel. Besides being virtually invisible, these materials bond directly to the tooth structure. This bonding can protect and increase the overall strength of the tooth we’re restoring. For cosmetic and health reasons, our doctors choose composite fillings over traditional silver (amalgam) fillings. We can also replace your amalgam fillings with composite fillings for aesthetic reasons and to preserve the health of your teeth.

  • Invisalign is a clear, removable teeth straightening system. Your treatment will consist of a series of aligners that you change about every two weeks, designed to shift your teeth into their optimal place gradually. Invisalign can treat a broad range of cases.

  • Veneer pricing depends on how many teeth you’re treating and the material we recommend, so we’ll always give you a clear, personalized estimate before moving forward. Because veneers are a cosmetic treatment, they typically aren’t covered by dental insurance, but we offer pay-over-time options.   • Veneers are considered a permanent treatment because our dentists need to remove a thin layer of enamel so that they sit flush with the rest of your teeth and look natural. So, those teeth will always need some form of covering afterward. That said, when veneers are designed and placed by an experienced dentist, they preserve as much healthy tooth structure as possible and are a safe, long-proven option. We’ll walk you through exactly what’s involved so you can make a confident, fully informed decision.

  • All three can transform your smile, but they solve different problems. Bonding applies a tooth-colored composite directly to your tooth to fix small chips, gaps, or discoloration in a single, painless visit. It’s the most budget-friendly option. Veneers are wafter-thin custom coverings bonded to the whole front of your teeth, ideal for a comprehensive smile makeover addressing shape, color, and spacing. A crown covers the entire tooth (front, back, and sides) and is most often used when a tooth also needs structural repair, not just cosmetic improvement. During your consultation we’ll recommend the option that best fits your goals and your teeth.

  • Because cosmetic treatments like veneers, bonding, and whitening are elective, they generally aren’t covered by dental insurance. Some procedures do double duty, though.
