A dental membership plan is an alternative to insurance that offers preventive care—like cleanings, exams, and x-rays—for a flat monthly or annual fee. At CPW Dentistry, our Care+ Membership also includes emergency visits and discounts on treatment, with no claims, deductibles, or waiting periods.
Everyone is a candidate! If you’re diagnosed with gum disease at your first visit and need gum therapy to get the infection under control, that therapy won’t be covered under the monthly fee. Once your gum therapy is complete, your benefits for regular cleanings will begin.
The only difference between the levels is the number of cleanings included each year. The number of cleanings is determined by your hygienist, based on your own unique oral healthcare needs. In general, we will suggest you have cleanings either every 6 months, 4 months, or 3 months relative to the health of your gums. For example, patients who have gum disease, whether in the early or severe stages, have different bacteria in their mouths – this bacteria is very aggressive. Scientific studies have shown that if we do a cleaning every 90 days and disturb the oral bacteria around and underneath the gums, this keeps it from congregating enough to eat away at the bones that support the teeth. If we wait longer than that, this harmful bacteria starts to form an army and attack the gums and supporting structures, which eventually lead to teeth becoming loose or lost.
The Care+ focuses on keeping your teeth healthy before problems start and catching any issues that arise while they are still small and easily manageable. Of course, sometimes additional dental work is needed even for people with excellent oral hygiene. Your membership will cover two emergency exams with X-rays – so if suddenly something doesn’t feel quite right you can pop in to see us. Any treatment needs beyond preventative or diagnostic care can be arranged with a variety of payment options including in-office payment plans, and flexible pay over time options.
Membership is open year-round, so you can sign up anytime! Your membership will be active immediately. You can complete the simple application at your visit, or ask us to email you a copy.
A one-time $125 fee is collected when you activate your membership. This fee is waived for anyone who has previously been a member.
The Care+ Membership is an exclusive program and cannot be used in conjunction with dental insurance, other discounts, or specials.
Dental insurance involves claims, deductibles, maximums, downgrades, and waiting periods. Our membership offers a straightforward alternative – flat monthly payments, immediate eligibility, and benefits you can use right away.

Without insurance, our new patient special for a comprehensive first wellness visit is $450. The CPW Care+ Membership offers another option, with monthly plans starting at $65 that include cleanings, exams, and discounts on treatment.
Yes, we offer flexible pay-over-time options through our partnerships with Sunbit, The Lending Club, and CareCredit.
This membership is a cost-effective solution designed to make your dental care more accessible. It does not constitute dental insurance.
Duration of Agreement: Membership begins on the date your agreement is signed and requires a full 12-month commitment. Early cancellation is not permitted. The membership is structured as a full-year program so we can offer clear pricing, predictable benefits, and uninterrupted access to preventive care. To keep pricing simple and fair for everyone, your full year of benefits becomes available right away. Because services and discounts are made available to you immediately, membership fees paid for the 12-month term cannot be refunded, and the membership cannot be canceled before the end of the term regardless of utilization.
Combinations and Limitations: This membership cannot be combined with any dental insurance plans or other discounts, and it doesn’t cover products.
Availability: We strive to always be available for you, but please understand that sometimes, due to unforeseen circumstances such as vacations, illness, or emergencies, your regular dentist might not be available. Any treatment rendered by a non Central Park West Dentistry provider is not covered under this contract.
Maximizing Your Membership: We want you to get the most out of your membership. Scheduling your preventive visits within the membership year helps you receive the full value of your plan. Benefits cannot be transferred, refunded or rolled over.
