At CPW Dentistry, our Care+ Membership also includes emergency visits and discounts on additional treatment, with no claims, deductibles, or waiting periods. It’s one of the most straightforward ways to stay on top of your dental health in NYC.
Every Care+ Membership includes routine dental wellness visits (cleanings and exams), X-rays, two emergency exam visits per year, and discounts of up to 20% on additional treatment like fillings, crowns, and other restorative or cosmetic services. The number of cleaning visits included depends on which membership tier you’re enrolled in, which your hygienist will help determine based on your oral health needs.
Everyone is a candidate! If you’re diagnosed with gum disease at your first visit and need gum therapy to get the infection under control, that therapy won’t be covered under the monthly fee. Once your gum therapy is complete, your benefits for regular cleanings will begin.
The tiers differ only in the number of cleanings included per year. Your hygienist will recommend a frequency — every 6 months, every 4 months, or every 3 months — based on the health of your gums. People with healthy gums typically do well with two visits a year, while those managing gum disease may benefit from three or four visits to keep harmful bacteria under control. We’ll help you choose the right level at your first visit.
CPW Dentistry’s dental membership plans start at $64 per month. The specific pricing depends on how many cleaning visits are included in your plan. A one-time enrollment fee of $125 is collected when you activate your membership, though this fee is waived for returning members. There are no annual maximums, no deductibles, and no surprise bills.
The Care+ Membership is designed to keep your teeth healthy and catch problems early, but sometimes additional treatment is needed even with excellent oral hygiene. Your membership includes two emergency exam visits with X-rays for unexpected issues. For any treatment beyond preventive and diagnostic care, Care+ members receive up to 20% off, and we offer a range of flexible payment options including in-office payment plans and pay-over-time financing through Sunbit and LendingClub.
Membership is open year-round, so you can sign up anytime! Your membership will be active immediately. You can complete the simple application at your visit, or ask us to email you a copy.

Without insurance or a membership, our new patient special for a comprehensive first wellness visit including exam, X-rays, and cleaning is $450. The Care+ Membership offers an alternative starting at $64/month that covers your preventive visits, emergency exams, and includes discounts on any additional treatment you may need. For many uninsured patients in NYC, the membership pays for itself within the first visit or two.
This membership is a cost-effective solution designed to make your dental care more accessible. It does not constitute dental insurance.
Duration of Agreement: Membership begins on the date your agreement is signed and requires a full 12-month commitment. Early cancellation is not permitted. The membership is structured as a full-year program so we can offer clear pricing, predictable benefits, and uninterrupted access to preventive care. To keep pricing simple and fair for everyone, your full year of benefits becomes available right away. Because services and discounts are made available to you immediately, membership fees paid for the 12-month term cannot be refunded, and the membership cannot be canceled before the end of the term regardless of utilization.
Combinations and Limitations: This membership cannot be combined with any dental insurance plans or other discounts, and it doesn’t cover products.
Availability: We strive to always be available for you, but please understand that sometimes, due to unforeseen circumstances such as vacations, illness, or emergencies, your regular dentist might not be available. Any treatment rendered by a non Central Park West Dentistry provider is not covered under this contract.
Maximizing Your Membership: We want you to get the most out of your membership. Scheduling your preventive visits within the membership year helps you receive the full value of your plan. Benefits cannot be transferred, refunded or rolled over.
