Spring Into Wellness

Spring into wellness

One of our core values is wellness, so CPW team members are busy are expanding their horizons and exploring new ways to be active and well this spring. Here are some of the highlights:
Cailin has taken up skiing, so she and her husband Mike are going to New Hampshire in early April to ski Wild Cat and Attitash Mountains.
Lauren has discovered knitting, which may SEEM like a winter hobby, but is relaxing and gives her something to keep her hands busy. With some practice, she expects to be able to knit a not-so-scary looking scarf just in time for the fall! She’s also been making her own tea combos from herbs and other ingredients. Favorite detox combo: aloe vera, ginger root, turmeric, lemon and stevia. She finds it’s good for for belly bloat (digestion) and the immune system, and it has anti-aging properties.
Miranda is on a rollerblading kick!
Sabrina is going to go hiking in Watkins Glen State Park in April.
Elyse and Holly are headed to Sequoia National Park, in California, to go camping amongst the giant sequoia trees over Memorial Day Weekend.
Jessica is finally getting the hang of how to cook using super simple recipes from a website called Basically, which all include super helpful gif’s to illustrate every step of the process.
