has taken up skiing, so she and her husband Mike are going to New Hampshire in early April to ski Wild Cat
and Attitash Mountains
Lauren has discovered knitting, which may SEEM like a winter hobby, but is relaxing and gives her something to keep her hands busy. With some practice, she expects to be able to knit a not-so-scary looking scarf just in time for the fall! She’s also been making her own tea combos from herbs and other ingredients. Favorite detox combo: aloe vera, ginger root, turmeric, lemon and stevia. She finds it’s good for for belly bloat (digestion) and the immune system, and it has anti-aging properties.
