Meet: Victoria, Treatment Coordinator
Every month we feature behind-the-scenes interviews with the individuals who, together, make CPW Dentistry the special place that it is. This month, we’re featuring Victoria.
What’s your role here at CPW Dentistry and what does a typical day look like for you? I’m a Front Desk Administrator/ Treatment Coordinator. At the heart of it, my role is all about creating relationships with patients and employees. I want to make sure everyone is comfortable and having the best experience possible! A typical day is checking patients in and out, delivering excellent customer service, working with dentists to create treatment plans, answering emails and phone calls, and making sure people’s insurance is correct when they come in the office.
Why do you love working at CPW Dentistry? I love being able to meet new people and getting to know them! It’s exciting when people share their lives with me and tell me stories of having babies, getting married, traveling, doing all the things that people do! Our patients are really great and make my job a lot easier!
If you could speak to everyone in the world at the same time, what would you say? I would say “How can we help make this world a better place?”
What makes you feel accomplished and why? Knowing that I helped someone during my day. If I could help one person and know that they are leaving smiling then my day is made! I love being able to help people, it puts a huge smile on my face helping someone else out.
If you were a super-hero, what powers would you have? If I was a super-hero I would totally want to fly. Literally be able to beat traffic that way! But I think it would be really cool just to be able to step outside and fly, not have to worry about driving or getting an uber.
If you could live in a book, TV show or movie, what would it be and why? I would totally live in the TV show Once Upon a Time. I absolutely love Disney and go at least once every year. I just love that Once Upon a Time takes all the different Disney characters and brings them all together in one show. Plus who wouldn’t want to be a fairy tale character and fight bad guys all day long while wearing a gown?
