What’s your role here at CPW Dentistry and what does a typical day look like for you?

My role at CPW Dentistry is to help enhance the patient experience administratively. This can include treatment planning and understanding insurance and finances. A typical day for me will be to check in patients and ensure CDC guidelines are met while in the welcome area. I will let patients know of any charges or balances that may occur during the visit to the best of my knowledge. I will also help with treatment planning and scheduling to ensure medical needs and recommendations are scheduled appropriately.

What do you like most about working here?

The positive vibes! One mission at CPW Dentistry is ensuring that you are seen and heard, as a person. We make sure to be a judgement free zone to everyone that walks through the door, but also to each other. We aim to build trust so we can provide the best clinical and administrative support for all of your dental needs. This has truly been an inspirational work environment!

How do you want people to feel when they walk into the office?

I want people to feel comfortable and welcomed when they walk through the door. Yes we are a medical office but, we are a family that is always happy to see you and we only want the best for you!

What are you passionate about?

Growing up I have had my share of experiences in and out of medical facilities so I understand how it feels to be a patient first hand. It is never a nice feeling to feel like I am just another patient on the list or the feeling of getting used to just to make money. My main passion in my professional career is to ensure people feel HEARD and SEEN. It is crucial in my practice as a medical administrator to ensure comfortability for others when it comes to feeling welcomed and understanding their financial options.

What three words would your friends use to describe you?

Positive, funny and selfless.

Are you a dog person or a cat person?

I am a cat person. My cats name is Sir Purrs Alot.

What is your favorite oral health fact?

Teeth are the ONLY part of the human body that cannot repair itself!
