Meet: Carolina, RDH

What’s your role here at CPW Dentistry and what does a typical day look like for you?

As a dental hygienist at CPW Dentistry my role is to promote and help facilitate oral hygiene wellness. A typical day starts early in the morning as I like to workout and get a yummy meal prior to seeing my patients. Once in the office I look over my schedule to see how I can exceed my patient’s expectations. It’s helpful to me to understand what my patients are looking to achieve during their visit and how I help make them feel comfortable.

What do you like most about working here?

I’m thrilled to be working with the best in the industry. My colleagues are very talented and excited about what we do as a team. There is a constant energy to improve patient experience and provide each other with support to keep the momentum going. Whether it’s a smile, a kind reminder, or a joke, my colleagues are what I like the most about working at CPW Dentistry.

What are you passionate about?

Traveling and learning about new cultures.

What makes you wildly happy and why?

I must admit that I have spoiled myself rotten with a wonderful bed and the most comfortable pillows in world. I’m like a cat, I get wildly happy if I can have the luxury of a wonderful afternoon nap.

What’s your favorite oral health fact?

Brushing or scraping your tongue is super important to keeping a minty fresh breath. Lots bad microorganisms can live and thrive on your tongue if not removed properly, so it’s best to keep it healthy.
