2023 Year In Review
The CPW Dentistry team has been a busy bunch, and we wanted to take a minute to celebrate another great year. Here’s what we’ve been up to:
📞 1,272 calls answered. Our call center team has been on their toes! We’ve helped you access the care you need, answered your oral health questions, and just lent a sympathetic ear an average of 58 times a day.
🎗️5 non-profits supported. We supported a variety of non-profits by donating 100% of our broken appointment fees to the ASPCA, Doctors Without Borders, St. Jude Children’s Hospital, Rise Up, and the Trevor Project.
👍 98.4% positive visits. Nearly 100% of people who completed a post-visit survey had a positive experience at their appointment. We strive to make dentistry transparent, easy, and positive – so this is a major win for us.
🍫 1,920 Kind Bars. Our patients clearly enjoy their complimentary Kind Bars!
🐣 3 babies. We welcomed three babies to the family this year and have enjoyed watching Dr. Kim, Dr. Tepper, and Ashante experience the joys of parenthood.
🪥 4,733 Toothbrushes. We gave out over 4,500 toothbrushes to help keep you happy and healthy. Remember, we recommended replacing your brush every three months or so.
👭 492 referrals. We’re grateful that we had the chance to meet so many of your awesome friends, family members, and colleagues just in the last year.
⭐ 82 five star reviews. When people share their experience online, it helps other New Yorkers looking for a dentist find the office that’s the right fit for them.
