What to Do When you Get Home

After certain procedures, it’s important to make sure you take good care of the area once you get home to make sure the healing process goes smoothly. We know sometimes it can be overwhelming to hear all the instructions from your doctor when you’re still here in the office. That’s why we have all of our forms here in a quick and easy-to-read format. If you have any questions at all, please do not hesitate to give us a call. We’re here for you!

Your Account

We’ll submit insurance claims for you as a courtesy because we’re paperwork pros and are happy to help. We do our very best to accurately estimate your portion based on what information your insurance company will give us, however, any amount not covered by insurance is ultimately your responsibility. We have payment plans available to help you take care of your balance, and you can conveniently make payments over the phone by giving us a quick call.
