Free Yoga in Central Park

Clear your calendar! We’re proud to be sponsoring our 4th annual free yoga class in Central Park on August 16th, and you’re invited! We’ll meet at the Central Park West Dentistry office at 25 West 68th Street at 5:45pm, then head into the park together for an all-levels class. The class will be held at Mineral Springs. That’s near the 69th Street entrance, next to Sheep Meadow.

Space is limited so you must reserve your spot in advance by RSVPing here.

The class is BYOM (bring your own mat) but in case you forget, we will have a few on hand!
